To take responsibility for the day to day running of the Trampoline Park. To control different areas of the park operation including Front of House, Park Management and Parties. The role will also include staff training/first aid and development of staff to ensure our high customer service levels are met. You will have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of sports and leisure facilities and an accomplished people manager and team player to help us provide and excellent service for our diverse customer base.

To oversee the safe operation of the jump courts while providing a friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for customers. Main functions are to ensure that all company policies are being followed and that all jump areas are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.

05 | Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect
06 | Have a full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
07 | Assist with court inspections
08 | Perform general/maintenance/custodial duties as requested
09 | Attend regularly scheduled Team Members meetings and in-service meetings and training sessions
10 | Explain jump areas and rules for each station
11 | Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear and no loose jewellery
12 | Coordinate clearing the courts of jumpers whose wrist bands have expired
13 | Coordinating the courts or surrounding area where there is an injury
14 | Ensure that all pads, nets, springs and other safety items are installed and functioned properly
15 | Ensure that all jumpers are following rules
16 | Alert jumpers of their expired time
17 | Report problems with equipment to manager on duty
18 | Attend to any and all injured visitors with your designated area
19 | Full out accident report forms as protocol call for
20 | Responsible for backing up the footage on the video cameras and uploading to the Incident Report Form with completed waiver
21 | Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Manager

Will provide information to customers, complete sales transactions and answer phones while always maintaining the highest level of customer service. You are the first person our guests will meet, therefore your primary goal is to start them off with a great experience while completing their sales transaction and introducing them to the park. All cashiers must be familiar with all product offerings at Vertigo Trampoline Park.
